Get Time Back
The repetitive work runs itself, so you run the business.
“I’m drowning in busywork.”
Every hour you spend re-typing data, chasing paperwork, or copying between apps is an hour you're not running or growing the business. We find the repetitive parts and make them run themselves.
Some of this is a plain yes on our own stack (custom tools, dashboards); some is custom automation on a platform, wired into your systems with your permission. We say which is which before we start.
Find your situation.
Different businesses feel this pain differently. Here's how we'd help, depending on where yours is leaking.
Everything under Get Time Back.
Each one carries an honest note on how we deliver it, so there are no surprises.

On-site / hardware IT
With a trusted partnerPhysical setup, hardware, and on-prem networking, handled.
This isn't our muscle. We own the software and automation side and coordinate a trusted local partner for the hands-on work, and we'll tell you honestly when that's the better call.
These work together, not in silos.
The pieces compound: integrations move the data, automation acts on it, dashboards show you what's happening, and the AI steps in between run on our own hardware where the data is sensitive.
Where it's marked above, the AI behind the service can run on our own hardware in Canada, so your data isn't sent to a third-party AI provider and there are no per-message fees. It reduces third-party exposure; it doesn't by itself make you compliant.

Straight answers.
What does “the AI runs on your own hardware” actually mean for me?
For work like document processing and analysis, the AI model runs on machines we own in Edmonton, so your documents and records are never sent to a US AI provider, and there are no per-message fees. It reduces third-party exposure. It does not by itself make you compliant with any regulation, and we won't claim it does.
Will you touch my live systems without asking?
No. Anything that writes to your real systems is gated and armed by you. We build and test it first, then you decide when it goes live.
Let’s scope it.
A short call: we tell you straight whether we can move your numbers.
